No need to explain why the Willow Creek string section is so popular…the instruments are affordable, portable, and easy enough to learn so that making music is accessible to all age and skill levels.

There’s also the cool factor.

Private or semi-private lessons are custom-designed to get you playing the kind of music you want to play in the shortest amount of time with a maximum amount of enjoyment.

For beginners, a series of six lessons will include basic techniques and theory, the strings and how to change and care for them, basic notes and chords, how to read music (tab) and some blues basics.

For those who already know their way around a fret board, we’ll challenge you with scales, modes and general guitar gymnastics.

Strings and chords and scales notwithstanding, there’s always some tune to play and someone to play it with at Willow Creek. And if you can’t think of a song that’s exactly right for you…chances are that John will make one up on the spot with your name on it.

The string-section action is fast and it’s loose and it’s never less than full-on fun.
