Teaching Prices and Conditions

$50 per hour • $25 per half hour • You may pay at the time of the lesson or monthly in advance.

If you would like to pay quarterly, you will receive 13 lessons (hourly or half-hourly) for the price of 12 lessons.
We recommend paying at least one month in advance because the commitment will encourage attendance and practice (see cancellation policy below).

A teaching studio will typically suffer 20 percent cancellations in any given week due mostly to students having insufficient time or commitment to practice. If this is the case, we recommend that you do not cancel, but rather mention this at the beginning of the lesson. There are many things to work on that will improve your overall playing ability.

Cancellation Policy

We require at least 24-hour notice for cancellation. If rescheduling is not possible within the week, you will not be charged for the lesson. If you have paid in advance, you will be credited the following month or quarter.
No-shows or cancellations given less than 24 hours will not be rescheduled or credited.
Late arrivals will reduce teaching/learning time because we will not encroach on another student’s scheduled time.

Young Children

Willow Creek Productions takes no responsibility for children outside the time of their lesson. If you must drop off your child, please ensure that you are on time to pick them up at the end of their lesson.

Music

Although you may bring almost any piece of music to your lesson, please be aware that "Big Note" (Hal Leonard’s EZ Play Today) is not acceptable.
